David was left a token legacy of 'one shilling' by his sister Mary in 1733. There were also bequests to some of his children and grandchildren.

Elizabeth was buried in Dallington on 8 September 1748 and David on 2 October 1749.

Of their children:

  • John married Martha Greenfield and lived in Dallington.
  • David married Ann Hussell in Warbleton and lived in Herstmonceux.
  • Thomas married Ann and lived in Dallington.
  • Sarah married William Dray in Dallington on 11 January 1741/2.
